The KA-8 is an economical manual-feed PCB lead cutter designed for lead trimming after wave soldering, driven by a 1/2 HP 4,500 RPM spindle motor. Cutting leads down to 1.0 mm height for boards up to 400 × 270 mm, its interlocked safety shield ensures safe and reliable batch trimming.

- Solid, precision-machined heavy-duty structure (73 kg) minimizes cutting vibration and ensures uniform trimming quality.
- Recommended for use with premium NK-200 / NK-250 micro-grain tungsten carbide blades (optional accessory).
- Operating note: Cutting height below 0.8 mm is not recommended to avoid PCB damage; previously trimmed leads should not be re-cut.
