Ren Thang Machine
The KA-B6 combines the automated conveyorized lead cutting of the KA-66 with a synchronized motorized copper brush cleaning station. Boards are trimmed and immediately brushed to remove residual solder dross and loose lead fragments in a single pass, guaranteeing pristine PCBA cleanliness.

- All-in-one automatic PCB lead trimmer and bottom brush cleaning machine, engineered for inline post-wave-soldering finishing.
- Dual integrated processes: high-speed circular blade lead cutting followed immediately by a 600 RPM copper brush to sweep away solder balls, flux residue, and burrs.
- Flexible PCB envelope: accommodates board widths from 10 to 280 mm, max. PCB size 500 × 280 mm, and thickness from 0.8 to 2.5 mm.
- Comprehensive anti-warping protection: standard equipment includes bakelite hold-down bars/frames (4 sets) and bottom support thimble wheel (1 set) to prevent PCB deflection.
- Powerful drive system: 3/4 HP spindle motor (4,500 RPM) and 1/5 HP copper brush motor (600 RPM) with stepless conveyor speed from 0 to 3 m/min.
- Fully equipped standard accessories: includes Ø250mm copper brush (1 unit), warp-proof bakelite bar/frames, anti-sagging thimble wheel, and maintenance toolkit.
- Modular in-line expansion options:
- • KAB6-IN Inlet Conveyor: docks directly with wave soldering machines to eliminate manual board loading.
- • KAB6-OU Outlet Conveyor: automatically transfers finished boards to secondary soldering or assembly conveyors.
- • KAB6-F Elevation Frame: customized stand height for seamless horizontal alignment with upstream/downstream lines.
- Tooling options: supports NK-200 (8") and NK-250 (10") micro-grain tungsten carbide circular blades, and BK-250 (Ø250mm) replacement copper brushes.
