- Pneumatic chopper-type pre-scored PCB depaneling machine (including NTG-350L), engineered with a bending stress-free design for high-precision panel separation.
- Driven entirely by compressed air (5 kg/cm²), operating silently with zero vibration or mechanical shock during the cutting stroke.
- Superior component safety clearances: asymmetrical component clearance on the top side (5 mm on right edge, 30 mm on left edge) and 5 mm underneath; minimum distance from V-groove is 1.0 mm (right) and 0.5 mm (left).
- Precision gate height adjustment: features a 0 ~ 4 mm fine-tuning gate knob to prevent board chattering and accurately control stroke entry.
- Safely separates delicate boards with sensitive SMD parts, capacitors, and ultra-thin PCBs down to 0.3 mm in a single swift cut.
- Flexible feeding options: supports feeding boards from either the side or the front; controlled via foot pedal switch with an integrated emergency stop button.
- Available in two models: standard NTG-350 (knife length 350 mm, 190 kg) and extended NTG-350L (knife length 400 mm, 195 kg), handling PCB thicknesses from 0.3 to 3.0 mm with unlimited board width.
